Can a BillWin employee see my PIN?
No. Your PIN is encrypted end-to-end and only decrypted in isolated memory during your call. No BillWin employee can access it.
How does BillWin make money?
We charge a flat subscription fee — $9/mo or $79/year. We never take a commission from your savings. You keep 100% of every dollar saved.
Is this legal in Canada?
Yes. In Canada, federal one-party consent law (Criminal Code Section 184) authorizes BillWin to act as your representative. In the US, federal one-party consent applies in most states. BillWin complies with applicable federal and state laws in both countries.
What if I want my data deleted?
Email privacy@billwin.ca or use the delete button in your dashboard. All data is permanently erased within 24 hours.
