• Bill type, provider name, and monthly amount you enter in the form
• If you upload a bill photo: used only to pre-fill your form, never stored after script generation
• Email address if you voluntarily enter it for renewal reminders
• Anonymous usage count per IP address to enforce the free tier
• We do NOT collect: banking credentials, account numbers, passwords, or any financial account access

• To generate your negotiation script via Claude AI (Anthropic)
• To send you renewal reminders if you opted in
• To improve script quality using aggregated, anonymous outcome data (e.g. "Bell users saved avg $X")
• We never sell your data to third parties

• Anthropic — AI script generation (no data retained by Anthropic)
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see your card number)
• Upstash Redis — temporary session data storage
• Resend — email delivery for reminders you requested
• Vercel — hosting

• Bill photos: deleted immediately after script generation
• Form inputs: not stored after your session ends
• Email addresses: stored only if you opt in to reminders, deletable on request at hello@billwin.ca
